Louisa holds a B.S. in Business from California State University, Hayward. As a native of the San Francisco Bay Area, she is very familiar with the East Bay, Peninsula, North Bay, South Bay and Central Valley areas. Louisa has an extensive background in sales and marketing with companies such as PeopleSoft, Kensington, a division of ACCO Brands and Logitech. She holds a strong passion for real estate and assisting people, and has purchased several properties in the San Francisco Bay Area and Central Valley. She has resided in the San Ramon Valley for over 20 years.

Jennifer is a licensed real estate agent with more than a decade of experience in the real estate Industry. Having worked closely with both owners and builders of luxury high end residential communities throughout the Bay Area, some of her past work included the development of the first "Live/Work" loft apartments in the city of San Francisco. Jennifer has created and maintained strategic residential programs and corporate level branding. Building on her success in the residential marketplace, she soon expanded into the relocation business handling all aspects of relocations for Fortune 500 companies for both Northern and Southern California areas.
As a native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Jennifer is exceptionally knowledgeable of the subtleties between different neighborhoods, which helps her navigate the waters of such a volatile marketplace. Jennifer has successfully continued her career in real estate working vigorously to assist new home owners.
